With the advent of phone company deregulation, many local phone service customers no longer have a source of inside wiring repair people from their phone company. They also don't have to use them, they are generally more expensive, and they might want some specialized wiring which their phone company repair service won't do. They need a source to find these "unlisted" hard to find contractors! Our listings will give your company more exposure to these potential customers!
Also the Competitive Local Exchange Carriers are always looking for a source of telephone wiring contractors; or they send their customers looking. Most do not have any repair organization and they need, use, and tell others about these listings!

For a LISTING EXAMPLE, Search for an Inside Wiring Contractor who will make a service call to a city in Texas or a city in Colorado.

Our listings are searchable by City (see FAQ), this provides your potential customer immediate knowledge that you do service that city. We recommend you list under each and every city/town you make service calls to, this eliminates much of your competition from showing up in the individual city/town listing such as in the larger cities (see FAQ). When the listings are displayed, they are shown alphabetically by Company Name. As you can see by the example, we provide the following (optional) information about your company to help a potential customer determine who to call:

Advertising Rates are Yearly per City Listing, per continuous Geographic Area (see below and FAQ).

In 2005 we may be switching over to showing about double the number of cities (in the search by city page) we have listings for, then in 2006 we will probably switch over to showing all cities in the state whether or not they have listings. The output of the search routine will tell whether a listing was found for that city. So it makes sense to advertise under all cities you make service calls to.

We are Promoting/Advertising this website primarily by getting listed and ranked well by as many search engines as possible. You found us!, so will your future customers. We have also direct mailed, e-mail'd, and called many Telephone Competitive Local Exchange Carriers to tell them about this directory of telephone wiring contractors. We are always requesting and obtaining advertising links in related websites. You can see what our advertisers are saying about their success in advertising with us on our testimonials page - all testimonials are unsolicited. The rates above are per continuous Geographic Area.
If you are going to advertise in more than one Geographic Area, add another $25/year for two or three different areas and $50/year for four or more non-continuous Geographic areas.
For example:
If you advertise in all the cities/towns within 45 miles of San Diego, this is 1 continuous geographic area.
If you advertise in just the cities of San Francisco, San Diego, and Sacramento; this is 3 non-continuous geographic areas (unless you advertised in all the cities between each of these cities, then it would be 1 continuous geographic area). See FAQ for more info on this.
